This Olfa Rotary Cutter Deluxe – 60mm – RTY-3/DX fabric rotary cutter has a 60mm tool-steel blade meaning it can cut up to 8 layers of fabric at one time. It can be used to cut vinyl, leather, cardboard, paper, or fabric with replaceable blades. This is the largest model of rotary cutter tool in the Olfa range which we feel are the best rotary cutters available.
