Terms & Conditions
(a) Our prices are subject to alteration without notice due to market fluctuations, so please telephone to check our best price before ordering.
(b) Whilst every effort is made to maintain prices applicable at order date, where it is necessary to implement increases which occur prior to despatch, customers are notified accordingly.
(c) VAT will be charged at the standard rate where applicable.
(a) Information regarding the application and use of products supplied is available on request in accordance with Section 6 of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. All goods are supplied on the condition that we cannot be held responsible if they are used for any other purpose than that specified by the manufacturer.
(b) The Purchaser is responsible to assess the risks and to satisfy himself fully as to the suitability of the product for the particular purpose intended. Any advice given is without legal responsibility and solely on the basis of information received. (See regulation 6 of C.O.S.H.H. Regulations 2002 & regulation 3 of Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999).
(c) In no circumstances will Rhino Cutting Mats & Equipment (A Trading name of Cherwell Sign Supplies) accept liability for any consequential losses, however caused.
(a) Please quote our invoice number and the date on which the goods were purchased with any goods returned whatever the reason.
(b) Where goods correctly supplied are subsequently returned for credit, we regret that it may be necessary to implement a handling charge. A credit note will only be issued provided the goods are undamaged and suitable for resale.
(c) Goods supplied to special order may not be returned unless expressly agreed in writing.

We believe that all our products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are among the lowest you will find either on the internet or in traditional retail outlets.
However, if, while researching your purchase, you find an item cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met:
• The two items must be identical.
• The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges e.g. delivery.
• The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
• This must be the normal price of the item i.e. it isn’t in a sale or on special offer.
• The alternative item must currently be available.
• Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.
You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. a link to the product page on the relevant website showing the product price and delivery charge.
Please note that we reserve the right not to uphold the price promise if doing so would result in Rhino making a loss. The price promise will not be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

(a) No minimum order value but orders will normally always incur a carriage charge
(b) In the event of short delivery or damage occurring during transit, claims may only be considered if reported within 2 days. Non-delivery must be notified within 2 days of date of invoice.
(c) If special delivery arrangements, involving timed delivery services or same day couriers are requested, then the cost will be charged to the Purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
(b) Goods will only be supplied on account provided we receive an official company order, and agreed payments terms are adhered to.
(c) All goods remain the property of Rhino Cutting Mats & Equipment (A Trading name of Cherwell Sign Supplies) until all sums owing are paid in full, but the risk shall pass to the Purchaser immediately the goods are delivered.
(d) We reserve the right to withhold further supplies if any account becomes overdue or credit limits are exceeded, and interest may be charged on overdue accounts in accordance with the Statutory provisions of law.
(a) It is our policy to supply as far as possible goods which comply with the current British or European Standards, where these exist.
(b) Where an article shown in our catalogue is not readily available for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute an item of similar specification, quality and value to enable us to fulfil a customer’s order by the required delivery date.
(a) These conditions of sale override any Conditions imposed by the Purchaser, even if submitted in a later document.
(b) All contracts between the Seller and the Purchaser shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and the Purchaser agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Law in England in respect of them.
What our Warranty Covers
Our Rhino Warranty covers a product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Rhino have the right to request repair if felt applicable or replacement of defective parts or products according to technical requirements determined by ourselves. We take no responsibility for any third-party damage or loss.
What our Warranty Does Not Cover
Rhino only covers for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage or defects caused but factors outside of our control which are the result of normal wear and tear. Examples of this are:
• Damage or defects as a result of repairs or incorrect installation
• Damage or defects which were not part of the product at the point of manufacture.
• Damage caused by industrial pollution, climate, external heat, chemicals or mechanical force.
• Normal maintenance and wear and tear. Items can only be considered if the cause of the complaint cannot be associated to abnormal external influence or use, and is a manufacturing defect
This list is not definitive and similar wear and tear and adjustable items are also excluded from the warranty. Please Note: This warranty does not apply to cutting mats where these are a wearing product and dependent on product usage would wear at different rates.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

All claims must be made direct with Rhino by email accompanied with any images to confirm the relevant issues.
